Step by Step Method

Pam spray crockpot.
Step 2
Add the tomatoes mashing tomatoes a bit.

Add seasoning to taste you can always add more at end.

Add chicken broth or vegetable broth if going vegan.

Turn on low and cook for 6 hours at 5 1/2 hours add butter (margarine if going vegan)and coconut milk.

Continue cooking until hot.
