Step 1: Pam spray crockpot.
Step 2: Add the tomatoes mashing tomatoes a bit.
Step 3: Add seasoning to taste you can always add more at end.
Step 4: Add chicken broth or vegetable broth if going vegan.
Step 5: Turn on low and cook for 6 hours at 5 1/2 hours add butter (margarine if going vegan)and coconut milk.
Step 6: Continue cooking until hot.
Step 7: Season to taste.
Step 8: Use immersion blender to smooth out if you wish.
Step 9: Top how you want.
