Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat dressing in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add sausage; cook 8-10 mins or until cooked through, stirring occasionally to break sausage into small pieces.
Step 3
Add broth, stir-fry vegetables, beans and tomatoes; bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 8-10 mins or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Ladle into 8 serving bowls. Top evenly with cheese.
Step 5
Serve.
