Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoon salad dressing (Kraft Zesty Italian dressing)
  • 1 pound Italian sausage (casings removed)
  • 2 cans (10 ounces each) chicken broth
  • 4 cups stir-fry vegetables (frozen, white onions and sliced green, red and yellow peppers)
  • 1 can (19 ounce) white kidney beans, rinsed, drained
  • 1 can (19 ounce) Italian style stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup dry elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded (Kraft)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat dressing in a large saucepan over medium heat.

  • Step 2: Add sausage; cook 8-10 mins or until cooked through, stirring occasionally to break sausage into small pieces.

  • Step 3: Add broth, stir-fry vegetables, beans and tomatoes; bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 8-10 mins or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 4: Ladle into 8 serving bowls. Top evenly with cheese.

  • Step 5: Serve.
