Step by Step Method
Step 1
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to a skillet, medium heat and lightly brown the prosciutto
Step 2
Whip the eggs, Italian seasoning, mozzarella and pepper
Step 3
Add the second tablespoon of butter to the sillet with the prosciotto, add egg mixture, stirring until cooked about 5 minutes
Step 4
Sprinkle with parmesan and serve
