Step 1: Add 1 tablespoon of butter to a skillet, medium heat and lightly brown the prosciutto
Step 2: Whip the eggs, Italian seasoning, mozzarella and pepper
Step 3: Add the second tablespoon of butter to the sillet with the prosciotto, add egg mixture, stirring until cooked about 5 minutes
Step 4: Sprinkle with parmesan and serve
