I love fried potatoes with peppers and onions! This was delicious! I didn't know what to think when I added the Worcestershire sauce--I was worried it would be overwhelming--but it added just a touch of depth to the flavor without taking over the dish. These were very good and well enjoyed as a breakfast side dish.
