Quick and easy soda bread, with great taste and texture! Since it's only the two of us, love that it's the perfect size for us - one meal and only two slices left over!

I'm giving this Irish buttermilk soda bread 5 stars for the ease and taste. It's got that great Irish soda bread flavor without all the fuss. It's a small, dense loaf with a nice consistency. It's great served warm and slathered with butter!
