Step by Step Method
Step 1
In large stockpot, heat oil and fry salami and celery.
Step 2
Stir in beans, tomatoes, herbs and water.
Step 3
Simmer for 2 hours.
Step 4
Stir in cabbage and zucchini.
Step 5
Simmer 30 minutes
Step 6
Stir in macaroni, adding water as needed.
Step 7
Simmer 15 minutes.
Step 8
Season to taste.
Step 9
Add parmesan as topping, (it was the green one, I Guarantee it lol)
