Step 1

Spray the inside of the pot.

Add water, then add oats.

Sprinkle with the coconut sugar.

Close the lid securely and make sure the valve is set to "sealing".

Set to manual for 5 minutes and let it cook.

Once the the instant pot runs it's course and beeps, let it release the pressure naturally, allowing it to sit for 30 minutes.

Remove the lid, stir and taste to see if it needs more sugar.
