Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
Step 2
Stir all ingredients, except whipped topping, until blended. Pour into pie plate.
Step 3
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Garnish with whipped topping if desired. Store covered in refrigerator.
