Step by Step Method
Step 1
Slice the avocados and de-pit them.

Scoop the flesh out, and chop it up.

Put the avocado and the remaining ingredients into a blender or a food processor. Puree until everything is mixed well and dissolved.

Freeze in your ice cream maker. Use the manufacturer's directions. There's no need to chill the ice cream before doing this step.
Step 5
If you don't want soft serve ice cream, place it in the freezer until hard enough for your preference.
