Step 1: Slice the avocados and de-pit them.
Step 2: Scoop the flesh out, and chop it up.
Step 3: Put the avocado and the remaining ingredients into a blender or a food processor. Puree until everything is mixed well and dissolved.
Step 4: Freeze in your ice cream maker. Use the manufacturer's directions. There's no need to chill the ice cream before doing this step.
Step 5: If you don't want soft serve ice cream, place it in the freezer until hard enough for your preference.
