Step by Step Method
Step 1
Get spices ready.
Step 2
Season beef lightly.
Step 3
Sauté onion and beef until browned.

Add garlic in fat until browned.

Stir in spices.

Add beef broth and vegetables except for potatoes, tomatoes, and parsley.

Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 1 1/2 hours.

Add potatoes and tomatoes and cook 1 hour before you finish cooking.

Then uncover and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook noodles in heavily salted boiling water until al dente.

Drain.

Add cooked wide noodles.

Simmer 10 minutes.

Garnish with parsley and serve with a good bread.
