Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a blender/food processor, blend sesame seeds until finely ground.

Drain chick peas and reserve liquid.
Step 3
Blend all ingredients together until smooth, adding 2 to 3 tbsp reserved liquid to give consistency of thick mayonnaise.
Step 4
Chill to blend flavors and thicken.
Step 5
Serve with raw vegetables and wedges of pita bread.
