Step 1: In a blender/food processor, blend sesame seeds until finely ground.
Step 2: Drain chick peas and reserve liquid.
Step 3: Blend all ingredients together until smooth, adding 2 to 3 tbsp reserved liquid to give consistency of thick mayonnaise.
Step 4: Chill to blend flavors and thicken.
Step 5: Serve with raw vegetables and wedges of pita bread.
