Step 1
Heat a large skillet, lightly oiled medium heat

Pan fry the sausages for 4 minutes each side

Add peppers, onion & tomato to the pan. Stir fry 5 minutes

Add the sun dried dressing. Continue cooking for apprx 7 minutes or until veggies a still slightly firm

Stuff each bun with a sausage and the veggies
