"Cake on top...sauce on the bottom. How good it that? The sauce is thick, so if you want it thinner, just add a wee bit more boiling water before baking."

Very easy to put together and enjoyed by all. I liked that this recipe used both whole wheat and regular flour. Thanks for sharing!

I love how this make makes it's own sauce and I also love how easy peasy it is to put together. Next time I will use milk instead of the water to just see what happens. We all enjoyed it Patti. Thank you for sharing.

O.K.... So with no eggs in this pudding, I was a little hesitant about this recipe, how could it turn out light and moist? Well, I made exactly as written, yes exactly as the name says "fudgy" ... not moist not light not as I expected .... it was just downright delicious! Such fudginess (if there is such a word) dripping with an addictive rich chocolate sauce. Gobbled up with cream and ice cream this makes for a wonderful rich dessert. Ohhh and don't be the last to serve some for yourself......the other's take more than their share in sauce and and you will end with just pudding! So get in first! lol This recipe is the proof ..... where sometimes its good being proved wrong! ;-)
