Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a saucepan bring cream and 1/2 cup coffee to a boil. Remove from heat.

Step 2

Stir in chocolate chips and cinnamon; stirring until chocolate melts and sauce is smooth. Stir in vanilla.

Step 3

To serve: in bowls scoop vanilla ice cream, top with chocolate sauce, pine nuts and mint.
