Step 1

In large saucepan heat chocolate and water. Stir till chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

Step 2

Add salt and sugar

Heat to boiling and simmer 4 min, stirring constantly.

Step 4

Add milk, cover and heat thoroughly, but do not boil.

Step 5

Just before serving, whisk briskly, until foamy.
