Ingredients
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate (chopped)
- 1 cup water
- Salt, 1 pinch
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 cups milk
How to Make

Step 1: In large saucepan heat chocolate and water. Stir till chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

Step 2: Add salt and sugar

Step 3: Heat to boiling and simmer 4 min, stirring constantly.

Step 4: Add milk, cover and heat thoroughly, but do not boil.

Step 5: Just before serving, whisk briskly, until foamy.
