Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together except onion and bbq sauce.

Step 2

Form into 6 patties. Place on plate then cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or more if you like (this will blend all the flavours together).

Step 3

Cook under broiler or on grill until burgers are cooked through completly.

Step 4

Brush burgers with barbeque sauce and cook for a additional minute or so.

Step 5

Place burger onto bun. Pour additional sauce onto burger and top with chopped onion.

By cracky this is a humdinger of a burger. It is not for the faint of heart! Flavour loaded and just right amount of heat for me. Right up there with my top favorite burgers Thanks Jeff this was a Saturday Night LIVE burger
