Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound Italian sausage meat
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 large jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup black beans, drained if from a can
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • Chopped Onion
  • Barbeque Sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all ingredients together except onion and bbq sauce.

  • Step 2: Form into 6 patties. Place on plate then cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or more if you like (this will blend all the flavours together).

  • Step 3: Cook under broiler or on grill until burgers are cooked through completly.

  • Step 4: Brush burgers with barbeque sauce and cook for a additional minute or so.

  • Step 5: Place burger onto bun. Pour additional sauce onto burger and top with chopped onion.
