Hooters Hootie Burger Copycat
"They used only 1 pound of beef. I'm using 2 for the texture, and the meat sits overnight to hydrate and blend better. My oldest carnivore likes Heinz 57 steak sauce and this burger is right down his alley. I'm not using sugar for the topping it will get brown and caramelized enough for me. Folks said this also makes a good meatloaf, just place bacon on top."
