Another five star recipe to add to my salad collection! Served this over a garden salad of mixed greens with red onion slices and sliced cucumber - all fresh from the garden. Topped with this lovely vinaigrette made for one great tasting salad. Didn't have Champagne vinegar but the white wine vinegar worked well for me. I just now printed a fresh copy to keep close at hand. Plan to make it with the suggested additions which I'm sure will be a hit at our house.
