Honey Garlic-Glazed Salmon

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and pepper flakes

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium-low heat, heat the oil. When the oil is hot, add salmon and season with salt. Cook salmon until golden, about 5 minuets, then flip over. Add garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant. Raise the heat to medium-high and add the honey mixture. Cook until sauce reduces slightly, about 5 minutes (recommended internal temperature: 145°F.

Step 3

Baste salmon with the sauce.

Step 4

To serve, garnish with chives.

Tips & Variations

No special items needed.



This salmon is great -- and so easy and quick too. Made as directed but forgot the chives. Served with tossed salad for a very easy and low key dinner. Thanks for sharing!
