Step by Step Method

In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and pepper flakes

In a large skillet over medium-low heat, heat the oil. When the oil is hot, add salmon and season with salt. Cook salmon until golden, about 5 minuets, then flip over. Add garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant. Raise the heat to medium-high and add the honey mixture. Cook until sauce reduces slightly, about 5 minutes (recommended internal temperature: 145°F.
