"This is a recipe I have had for years. It came from a cook book by Maggie Beer, and the family have really enjoyed it over the years. There is a difference between chicken drumsticks and drumettes the drumstick is the lower joint of the leg, where-as the drumette is the upper arm of the chicken wing, but in saying this I often use drumsticks as well for this recipe as they work really well also."

The flavour of this chicken is awesome! I am not able to get drumettes here, so used drumsticks, and baked them longer. They were delicious and juicy to say the least. We both thoroughly enjoyed this chicken! Thank you for sharing this repeatable recipe Tisme! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
