Step 1

Heat oil. add onion, rice, tomato and garlic; cook until rice is lightly browned.

Step 2

Add water, bouillon and seasonings, stir well, bring to a boil.

Step 3

Tilt lid on pan to vent, simmer on low about 20 minutes, don't stir while cooking.

Very tasty rice, indeed. Followed all, except cut the rice in half using 1 cup, but full amount of garlic, onion, tomatoes, and dried cilantro. In addition, added fresh cilantro at the end. We LOVED the flavor and so easy to make! Thank you, DieniaB, for sharing!
