"I dont even remember where I even got this recipe from I think it was from some old church cookbook anyway Ive used this lots of times with good results it is wonderful in soup or with fryed cabbage, just 4 ingredients to make wonderful tender noodles!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Sift flour onto a board. Make a well in center. Place eggs, water, and salt in well. Work ingredients into a dough and knead until smooth, about 1 minute.
Step 2
Divide into 2 parts. Roll on floured board until very thin. Let dry about an hour on a pasta drying rack if you have one.
Step 3
Using a dough roller, slice into long strips (a dough roller is like a pizza cutter with several rollers for even cutting, or cut in a pasta cutting machine).
