I used the specified amount of sugar and we found it to be just right for us! This was delicious and we had some going back for seconds. I am adding this to our menu for the holidays from now on!

Engrossed

Very Good! A nice twist on cranberry sauce. It is a bit tart for my taste so I may add more sugar or Splenda next time. I plan to eat the leftovers with plain Greek yogurt. I made a half recipe using a 4 cup pyrex and the microwave. First I defrosted the berries in the microwave then separated the strawberries into a cup and mixed the sugar with the cranberries and microwaved them on high for 5 minutes. I cut up the strawberries with kitchen shears and then stirred them into the cranberries when they were done. Freddy Cat says hi! Made for cookbook tag game.
