Step by Step Method
Step 1
Warm olive oil in large saucepan, over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add garlic, and saute for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add 1 cup beer, hoisin sauce, chili powder and soy sauce. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until thickened and reduced.
Step 4
Remove from heat, and let cool.
Step 5
Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
