Step 1: Warm olive oil in large saucepan, over medium-high heat.
Step 2: Add garlic, and saute for 30 seconds.
Step 3: Add 1 cup beer, hoisin sauce, chili powder and soy sauce. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until thickened and reduced.
Step 4: Remove from heat, and let cool.
Step 5: Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
