" If you are watching your calories try this as a spread on your bread - it is very tasty. Even if you aren't calorie counting try it! It is a wonderful substitution for butter. It will keep in the fridge for a week. Use only yogurt that does not have gelatin in it or it won't work. The recipe makes 2 cups of cheese, not sure exactly how many servings that makes."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Put a paper towel in the bottom of a sieve, put the sieve in a bowl with at least a 2 inch clearance from the bottom of the sieve.
Step 2
Pour the yogurt into the paper towel lined sieve
Step 3
Place plastic wrap over the sieve and place in the fridge overnight
Step 4
Drain and discard the fluid, place the yogurt in a bowl add remaining ingredients, stir and enjoy
Step 5
Store cheese in the fridge
