Step 1: Put a paper towel in the bottom of a sieve, put the sieve in a bowl with at least a 2 inch clearance from the bottom of the sieve.
Step 2: Pour the yogurt into the paper towel lined sieve
Step 3: Place plastic wrap over the sieve and place in the fridge overnight
Step 4: Drain and discard the fluid, place the yogurt in a bowl add remaining ingredients, stir and enjoy
Step 5: Store cheese in the fridge
