"This is a great recipe for when you are wanted to stuff any type of meat but really does compliment lamb very well. This is a recipe was a family favorite many years back, I had forgotten all about a few recipe's until looking few some very old family recipes. I have noticed a change to the herb list - things added ~ but the final recipe is being posted for all to hopefully enjoy."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Saute the bacon and onion together and saute until the onion is tender.
Step 2
Add the breadcrumbs, seasonings and herbs and let mix cool a little.
Step 3
When cool beat in the egg to bind all the ingredients.
Step 4
Use as preferred in any meat.
