Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 60 grams (2 ounces) butter
  • 150 grams bacon, chopped (approx 4 rashes )
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cups breadcrumbs, soft
  • 4 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage, roughly chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute the bacon and onion together and saute until the onion is tender.

  • Step 2: Add the breadcrumbs, seasonings and herbs and let mix cool a little.

  • Step 3: When cool beat in the egg to bind all the ingredients.

  • Step 4: Use as preferred in any meat.
