"Now, if you make your own pastry 'pie' crust - go for it. I take advantage of the pre-made crust to make this a quick recipe. These are just a really nice side to go with any meal."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Crust ... Lay out the crust on the counter / pastry board, and dust lightly with a little flour. Just so it doesn't stick. Roll out flat to seal any seams or folds in the crust. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 2
Season ... Brush each crust with a little olive oil, very lightly, and mix everything else in a small dish. Sprinkle over the crust.
Step 3
Bake ... Follow the pkg directions and bake the crusts. Slice / cut in wedges. I cooked mine about 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve, room temp. ENJOY!
