A great dip! Other than an off the shelf packet of Herb Garden Dip mix I make all my dips. The mix no longer seems readily available which has seen me looking for recipes for a good herb dip. I did a scale down of your recipe and loved it, so much so I made it for my Mothers Day vegetable appetizer tray. I used snipped chives from my spring garden and skipped the optional tarragon. There was a bit leftover in the jar, with a little added cream it made a great topping on my green salad for my lunch the next day. A real winner at our house!
