"I found the idea for this recipe in the 2010 Taste of Home's Quick & Delicious Cookbook.It was sent to them by Sylvia Streu from Norman Oklahoma. The original recipe called for beef,but used pork instead.Some people don't care for using canned soups and packaged gravy mixes but,sometimes shortcuts are o.k..Even though the recipe uses noodles, you could serve it over rice,potatoes,or even toast would be good. Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a medium size bowl mix together all Sauce ingredients and set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium heat,brown pork in oil then remove and keep warm. If needed, add a small amount of oil to the same skillet you browned the meat in, saute onion until tender then add garlic and cook 1 minute longer.

Step 3

Return pork to the pan and stir in the Sauce then bring to a boil.

Step 4

Cover and reduce heat to simmer,for 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 5

Ten minutes before meat mixture is done,cook noodles and drain.
