Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • FOR SAUCE
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup half and half cream
  • 1/3 cup brewed coffee
  • 2 envelopes (1.3 ounce) brown gravy mix (each envelope 1.3 ounce)
  • OTHER INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless pork loin (cut into 1/2-inch strips)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 8 ounces sour cream (To me,1/3 cup was plenty, 1 cup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (smoked)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 16 ounces dry egg noodles

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium size bowl mix together all Sauce ingredients and set aside.

  • Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat,brown pork in oil then remove and keep warm. If needed, add a small amount of oil to the same skillet you browned the meat in, saute onion until tender then add garlic and cook 1 minute longer.

  • Step 3: Return pork to the pan and stir in the Sauce then bring to a boil.

  • Step 4: Cover and reduce heat to simmer,for 20 to 25 minutes.

  • Step 5: Ten minutes before meat mixture is done,cook noodles and drain.
