Step 1: In a medium size bowl mix together all Sauce ingredients and set aside.
Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat,brown pork in oil then remove and keep warm. If needed, add a small amount of oil to the same skillet you browned the meat in, saute onion until tender then add garlic and cook 1 minute longer.
Step 3: Return pork to the pan and stir in the Sauce then bring to a boil.
Step 4: Cover and reduce heat to simmer,for 20 to 25 minutes.
Step 5: Ten minutes before meat mixture is done,cook noodles and drain.
