Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
Mix oatmeal, flour, baking powder and apple juice in large bowl until lumps are gone.

Stir in cinnamon, raisins and chocolate chips.
Step 4
Combine vanilla and water.
Step 5
Add to oatmeal mixture.
Step 6
Stir in mashed banana.
Step 7
Let it stand for 15 minutes.
Step 8
Spray several cookie sheets with non-stick spray. Mix batter again.
Step 9
Drop by teaspoonful on prepared cookie sheets, leaving 1-inch between cookies.
Step 10
Cookies will not expand much during baking.
Step 11
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until brown.
Step 12
Remove cookies from cookie sheet
