This is one sandwich I wouldn’t normally have made, but the reviews made me wonder. I’m glad my curiosity took hold because this makes for a great sandwich! My family in surprise asked “what, you’re putting peanut butter on an egg sandwich?” Well, when they tasted it they were pleasantly surprised and loved it! Elvis really did have good taste. Thanks a bunch, WAIGEN, for sharing. Made it for FYC.

Elvis has left the building! Kinda... Wow we really loved this! I only sprayed a bit of olive oil in my pan and went easy on the PB to save a few calories. I didn't tell DH ahead of time what I was making and he took his first bite and oohed and ahhed! Store only had Hawaiian dinner roll, so they were a little smaller than a hamburger bun - close enough!

I absolutely LOVED this! Since I always eat peanut butter with pickles, I thought the additional egg would be nice, and it IS!!! I used fluffy gluten free buns, nothing Hawaii going on here, but I think I didn't miss anything. Will make this definitely, definitely again! Thanks for a new favourite!! Made for Only the Lonely
