  • 32 grams peanut butter (creamy, or 2 tablespoons)
  • 56 grams pickle, spear (kosher pickle spears, or 2 pickles)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a skillet on the stove, heat the tablespoon of olive oil.

  • Step 2: Fry the egg according to your preference.

  • Step 3: Spread one tablespoon of peanut butter each on the top and bottom of the hamburger bun.

  • Step 4: When the egg is done cooking, place it on thebotttom bun and add the two pickle spears on top.

  • Step 5: Place the top bun on top of everything.
