Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place pineapple and juice in large greased baking dish.
Step 2
Place sliced sweet potatoes over pineapple.
Step 3
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Step 4
Cover and bake 30 minutes.
Step 5
Brown pork chops in skillet.
Step 6
Place on top of 30 minute sweet potatoes.
Step 7
Recover and bake another 30 minutes.
Step 8
Uncover and bake 10 minute more.
