  • Step 1: Place pineapple and juice in large greased baking dish.

  • Step 2: Place sliced sweet potatoes over pineapple.

  • Step 5: Brown pork chops in skillet.

  • Step 6: Place on top of 30 minute sweet potatoes.

  • Step 7: Recover and bake another 30 minutes.

  • Step 8: Uncover and bake 10 minute more.
