Step by Step Method

Step 1

N a mixing bowl cream butter, sugar and salt together until fluffy. Beat in oil, vanilla and eggs.

Step 2

In a separate bowl combine orange juice, Galliano, vodka and orange zest and set aside.

Step 3

In another bowl combine flour, cornstarch and baking powder together. Slowly beat in flour and orange juice mixture to cream mixture. Mix well and pour into a greased bundt pan.

Step 4

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

FOR THE GLAZE


Step 5

Combine all ingredients together and mix until smooth. Drizzle over a warm cake.
