  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup liqueur (Galliano Liqueur)
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • FOR THE GLAZE
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoons liqueur (Galliano Liqueur)
  • 1 teaspoon vodka

How to Make

  • Step 1: N a mixing bowl cream butter, sugar and salt together until fluffy. Beat in oil, vanilla and eggs.

  • Step 2: In a separate bowl combine orange juice, Galliano, vodka and orange zest and set aside.

  • Step 3: In another bowl combine flour, cornstarch and baking powder together. Slowly beat in flour and orange juice mixture to cream mixture. Mix well and pour into a greased bundt pan.

  • Step 4: Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

  • FOR THE GLAZE

  • Step 5: Combine all ingredients together and mix until smooth. Drizzle over a warm cake.
