I made half the recipe for the hubby...he was happy to get some man food...I served it with some cornbread...it's an easy and quick recipe to prepare with very little ingredients...I just used fresh diced tomatoes in place of the can...I let it simmer on medium high heat to reduce the liquid so as not to have hamburger soup...made for "FYC" tag game...
