"This is a very easy economical dish. I make it with only 8oz. of hamburger and it feeds 4 generously but the recipe does call for 1 lb of hamburger so do as you wish . Make it as spicy or mild as you wish. Following the recipe it is quite peppy! If you wish to make this a do ahead recipe just finish it up to adding the tomatoes & corn, simmer for 5 minutes, pour into a casserole dish & refrigerate. Take it out of fridge 20 minutes before popping into a 350F oven covered for 45 minutes. I like to serve the recipe over cooked noodles."
